Sundays at UCC

The theme and message of the two Sunday morning services are the same and relevant for all.

The music at the 9:30 am worship service is led by the choir and has a more traditional feel with a mixture of classic and contemporary praise songs.

Led by Kim and the worship band and praise team, the music at the 11:00 am worship service offers a wide variety of upbeat gospel and contemporary songs.

UCC is for the whole family!  There is always something exciting going on in Children's and Student Ministries during all services.

Come join us this Sunday!

Kingdom Disciples: Heaven’s Representatives on Earth

“It’s time now for kingdom disciples to take the field and deliver heaven’s answers to earth.” The goal of Kingdom Disciples is to call believers and churches back to our primary divinely ordained responsibility to be disciples and disciple makers. Only when we take seriously this assignment will the world see the supernatural power of heaven at work on earth and eternity operating in history.

Led by Pastor Rudy Hagood

A Study of Ruth:
loss, love & legacy

Come study the wonderful book of Ruth along with women at UCC! Ruth's journey of unbearable loss, redeeming love, and divine legacy will come alive in this relational Bible study that merges scripture and everyday life. If you've ever felt devastated, struggled as a stranger, longed to be loved, or wept along the way, you'll find a loyal sister in Ruth.

A study for women of all ages.

Led by Kim Hamilton

Rising Up: Christianity Is Changing as It Grows Worldwide

Pundits regularly declare that Christianity is dying. Its golden age of influence is long gone in Western Europe, and similar trends are happening in North America. But while some say it is losing energy in the Western world, Christianity has been coming to life in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

Now immigrants, refugees, and missionaries from the Global South bring their vibrant faith to our shores. They are bringing the gospel back to us in new and surprising ways. Christianity is rising, you just have to look around.

12two Student Ministry Study

The Bible is full of words, great words that communicate God’s love for us! This study, specifically for middle and high school students, will take a look at key words from Scripture - both Hebrew (in the Old Testament) and Greek (in the New Testament). Words such as: Lord, love, heart, soul, strength, joy, peace, and hope will be part of the study. This will be exciting to discover how these words were originally used and what that means for us today!

Oikos Groups.jpg

What are "Oikos Groups"?

Life is not meant to be lived alone.

Whether you're new to UCC, or have attended for a long time, joining an Oikos Group is key to helping you live in community, serve the community and build friendships!

The Greek word, "Oikos" means extended family. Life is better together.

Our mission is to “make disciples that love God, love people and love our city.”  Being a part of an Oikos Group helps you to live out that mission and three of UCC's core principles (discipleship, diversity, and community)!

Join one of the Oikos small groups in your community and make a difference in your community.

Our next session of Oikos Group Gatherings starts in November!  Check back soon for sign ups!
Until then, join a Veracity class!  Veracity Fall classes are Sept. 19- November 11.  See the class lineup and register here!
